Jean-Philippe Bosnet

A visionary self-taught entrepreneur and tireless builder, Jean-Philippe Bosnet founded Paritel in 1991 with the ambition to redefine access to telecommunications for professionals. In less than three decades, he has built around this initial success a coherent ecosystem of expert companies, now operating collectively as the JPB Invest & Development Group.

Under his leadership, JPB Invest & Development has established itself as a leading independent holding company in telecommunications, connectivity, digital services, cybersecurity, finance, business process outsourcing, training, and B2B e-commerce. Jean-Philippe Bosnet actively supports entrepreneurial initiatives that reflect his core values: pragmatism, entrepreneurial autonomy, and long-term ambition.

JPB Invest & development

For over thirty years, the Group has been building an ecosystem of complementary expertise dedicated to enhancing corporate digital performance. This momentum began with the creation of Paritel in 1991, a telecom operator serving businesses and professionals in France. Over time, the Group expanded its activities across the entire IT and telecom value chain, both in Europe and Africa.

From the 2000s onward, this vertical integration strategy gained momentum: the launch of Global Concept Services in 2003 for equipment distribution, Viatelease in 2005 for technology equipment financing, Interveille in 2008 in the field of security, and OfficeEasy in 2009 in B2B e-commerce.

Driven by a strategy of controlled diversification, the Group continued its development in the 2020s with the creation of Yzy Digital (digital services agency), MyBPO (business process outsourcing), as well as Difuz Learning and Difuz Job (training and recruitment).

Each of these companies operates independently in terms of governance, allowing them to grow their business and strengthen their expertise, while benefiting from the support and resources of the JPB Invest & Development Group when needed. Together, they address the evolving needs of businesses in a constantly changing technological landscape.

As the Group’s primary decision-making and advisory body, the Strategic Council of JPB Invest & Development is composed of members of the founding family. It defines the Group’s key development priorities, ensures the coherence of the asset portfolio, and guides investment decisions with a long-term value creation approach.

Comex (Executive Committee)

Composed of JPB Invest & Development’s executive leaders, the Executive Committee oversees the management of the Group’s holdings, supervises resource allocation, and ensures the operational execution of strategic decisions in alignment with the Group’s performance and growth objectives.
